Taman Relau Mutiara is a freehold landed housing project in Relau, Penang. It is a 5-minute walk from Relau Metropolitan Park, the second largest park on Penang Island. This project consists of 69 units of terrace and semi-detached houses and the final phase of the project development was completed in 2014.

Currock Yard, Carlisle, UK

SHH Holdings have acquired a 7-acre brownfield development site in the quaint city of Carlisle, United Kingdom. Together with our UK joint venture partners, Peterloo Estates and JP5 Development, our wholly-owned subsidiary, Currock Avenue Ltd, will be developing 92 houses. The project is currently in the planning stage.
